Hi, I'm Elvis Sipe.

I'm a Florida-licensed yacht broker with Northrop & Johnson, based in West Palm Beach. I work with buyers and sellers across South Florida, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and beyond.

Growing up in the hospitality and events industry gave me a deep understanding of client relationships and what it takes to deliver truly memorable experiences. The 2 years spent at HMY Yachts gave me the product knowledge, process understanding, and the habits of how a broker at a well-respected firm conducts business and carries themself.

Now with Northrop & Johnson, I am leveraging that skillset, and pairing it with global exposure and reach, and access to a whole new sector of the yachting market. I look forward to growing with N&J, and contributing to the incredible culture of the firm.
